Everything starts with the family
Benedita Moura
Benedita is the older sister, a woman, a mother. She was the first Salinas to take the risk. Which is not surprising; she's always been adventurous. She has always sought the salt of life. Even today, she amazes us with her determination and ability to coordinate everything. She graduated in Psychology and quickly immersed herself in human resources. She had a growing career in companies such as Senvion, which helped her take the first steps as an HR manager in Portugal. Before launching Salinas, she dedicated the last years to managing several teams, helping them to identify IT profiles. She is a sister in every sense of the word. She supports, encourages, and injects all her good mood and smile in this project, where she demonstrates all her will to continue to make a difference by José Maria
José Maria Moura
José Maria is the youngest brother in the family. Restless, curious and eager to learn, he challenges everyone around him. He finds his refuge in the family. He finds his path in questioning. From an early age, he showed himself to be fearless, persevering, determined and courageous. His first experience with people was at Camtil, creating and running holiday camps - with many adventures and stories that still echo in his family. He graduated in Economics at Coimbra University; and even though he worked in economics in companies such as E&Y, it was at Porto Business School and then at Mercer that he consolidated his knowledge and experience in human resources. Salinas represents a life project, which he wants to leave as a legacy to the family that he values so much, who challenges the knowledge and evolution of the mind by Benedita
